We're here and fine!

We've made it safely to Santa Cruz island in Galapagos, and things are great. The flight was long but easy. We've tried several times to update the blog before now, but we've had trouble due to wi-fi issues. We started doing service work today, where we've already made progress, weeding and carrying rocks to clear a path. It turns out that there was a miscommunication about the food: the hotel won't let us use their kitchen; however, we've worked out an arrangement with the owner of a local sports bar, where we'll get food for the rest of the trip (other than breakfast, which is provided by the hotel. All the food is great). Hope everyone back home is doing fine. We'll try to post again soon if we can connect to the internet again.
